TEMPERATURE CHANGES EFFECT ON THE BRIGGS–RAUSCHER REACTION OF THE SELFOSCILLATING PROCESS

The paper presents the experimental results of the temperature influence on the course of selfoscillating flow Briggs–Rauscher reaction. Account changes in the period of the intensity, speed and time of chemical oscillations. It is shown the changes of the electrode potential during heating and cooling of the reaction solution (oscillation component of the reaction)

INFLUENCE OF TERAHERTZ ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION ON THE FREQUENCY OF ABSORPTION OF MOLECULAR OXYGEN ON BRIGGS–RAUSCHER OSCILLATING REACTION

In the article the description of the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the frequencies characterizing the maximal absorption intensity and atmospheric oxygen radiation on the process of Briggs–Rauscher reaction has been provided. It has been shown that the radiation increases the time of the oscillation regime more than for 20 % in comparison to an unirradiated flask because of the intensification of the process of oxygen selection.

THE ROLE OF OXYGEN IN BRIGGS–RAUSCHER AUTOOSCILLATING REACTION

It is description of the way in which chemical environment of Briggs–Rauscher autooscillating reaction affects characteristics of oscillations. It has been ascertained that variations of the iodide complexes concentrations perhaps occurs due to increases of oxygen concentration in media and intermediate’s concentration fluctuation. Influence was investigated one of the basic natural oxidizing agent oxygen and it radical forms on autocooperative mechanisms of Briggs–Rauscher reaction.
